Jeffrey Kahan

Jeffrey Kahan is a property management executive and broker with more than 30 years experience. He has worked at well known Firms such as Douglas Elliman, where he was a management executive and at Gumly-Half Real Estate as Senior Property Manager.

During his extensive 30 yr career in management Jeff also worked for Real Estate Firms, both residential and commercial as Director of management and office leasing. Unlike many building managers, Jeff has learned the functions of the constituent parts of buildings including elevators, boilers, building façade and all other pertinent aspects. Jeff also has substantial knowledge of building accounting which enhances his fiduciary relationship with Owners.

Jeff’s motto is: “The better a building manager understands building technology, the better buildings are administered, and therefore, the more cost effective and rewarding they are to their Owners.” Jeffrey Kahan is currently the principal of JSK Property Management LLC.
