industrial, and multifamily with a focus on the South Florida and Caribbean.
BLDG Ventures has delivered over 1.25 million square feet and over 1,500 residential units across residential and hospitality award.winning projects, such as PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, Legacy Miami Worldcenter, and Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. All while securing over 1,500 additional units under construction or in the
company's pipeline for delivery, over the next 5 years.
With an exceptional reputation for creative structuring and deal-making, the diverse portfolio consists of net-positive returns from all realized investments, while applying unique financial structuring to secure returns for investors, and partners. Since inception, we have targeted and successfully secured net returns of 20% IRRs and 2.0x multiples YoY.

Mr. Bello received his Master's of Real Estate Development and Urbanism degree from the University of Miami. He also holds a Master's of Architecture from the University of Miami. He is involved in community building, social equity, and blockchain technology.
